"Travelling broadens ones’ horizons and the traveller will develop an appreciation for different cultures."
Lucille has been an Islander by choice since 1985. Following her studies at the Université de Moncton she accepted a position as a Music and French Second Language teacher in Prince Edward Island and have enjoyed teaching for 15 years. She then moved on to work at the Dept. of Education as French Programs Coordinator for the last 15 years of her career.
During her career as a teacher, she had the pleasure of teaching French in Louisiana.
Lucille really enjoys travelling and has been to many different parts of the world. The most recent experiences have been the most gratifying thus far. She walked half of the Camino the Compostella and climbed the ever popular Macchu Picchu in Peru.
Lucille is looking forward to meeting the many tourists who choose Prince Edward Island as part of their journey to show them the beauty this province has to offer.
