- 12-acre gardens along the bank of the River Clyde
- Butterfly House, home to tropical butterflies from Costa Rica.
Seasonal restaurant and gift shop housed in an old 1913 butter factory along the River Clyde in New Glasgow, Prince Edward Island. The restaurant offers stunning view of the river and the Gardens of Hope located on the property while serving local dishes made from fresh island produce and seafood. Their world-famous preserves, jams, and teas are made onsite and are sold in their gift shop as well as online. In the gift shop, visitors can also find Island-made textiles, English pottery, delicious treats, and more. Outside, guests can explore the 12-acre gardens with different walking trails that run along the river leading to the Butterfly House, a greenhouse that is home to imported tropical butterflies from Costa Rica. Visitors are given orange slices so the butterflies flying freely through the greenhouse will come right to them for a taste. Visit to the Butterfly House are not included but can be added on by request.
